Guess its time to move on!

Well after many thousands of dollars spent, many days working on the car, and basicly being sick of it, i traded the ole girl in. I did it on a whim, just to see what they would give me for my svt. well I strip her bare of all her after market parts, and gave it a whirl.
I bought a mazdaspeed3 and it a great car. i can say i miss the tranny the most. i think the getrag is a better tranny, and the clutch feel is great. but on the ms3 i kinda have to go fishing and the clutch is lite as a feather. i think it handles better and brakes better but that up for debate. the turbo is really smooth so its really fun. even thought the svtf was faster. i think i will enjoy the car alot. considering it the cousin on the newer focus so i think i will stick around. here is some video clips

Cripes, that's the stock exhaust!? I suppose proximity and the camera's mic could have something to do with it, but still...

Nice pick-up, and considering the cars to be cousins is a good analogy. Stick around and let us know how you end up liking it!

Oh, it goes without saying that we need more pics too

Sweet ride. Does Mazda have an inhouse performance division? Bet there will be all kinds of tweaks for the MS3 before too long. good luck!

Mazda's in-house performance division is MAZDASPEED (they spell it with all caps, I'm not yelling.) So all the vehicles they work over are just the MAZDASPEED -whatever.- So far there's been a MS version of the Protege, Miata (MX-5), 6 and 3.
