330 miles before my fuel light came on!

I did some road-tripping this weekend and got 330 miles on the ODO before the fuel light came on! I think that's at least 30 mpg -- and there was some mixed city driving in there too. I am pretty happy with that kind of economy.

I can still get better with a K&N and some slicker oil (next upgrades). I am still considering an HFC also. If someone can entice me with a good deal on one, just PM me! I would also consider mounts and STS if anyone has some lying around.

BTW, so far my only upgrades to tha car is Tom's Predator tune.

I've always had good luck with my SVT's mileage. Since it started breaking freezing most days, I'm back up to ~30mpg (I'm guessing we switched off the winter blend fuel as well). I do probably 70/30 highway/city driving. OEM ZED0 tune.

i went 360 in my zx3 while i was heading to florida last month. running 70-80 most of that time, cept a some construction areas where traffic backed up a bit. i'd guess i could have pushed 375 or so cause the whole needle was nearly on empty, but i didn't want to see how far i could push it.

You know...I seriously think there is something up with the quality of gas we've been getting in Socal lately. The past couple of months my gas mileage has been severaly lacking but I haven't changed my driving habits. This sh-t sucks balls too because they are charging us way more for crappy gas.....what do you guys think?

Yeah, mine is an 03 SVT. I do drive like granny, though. Short shifting mostly, but a lot of the time I was at 70mph. Country roads driving.

I was getting worried with you guys talking about how bad the mileage was in these cars!

I can usually get anywhere from 250 to 300 miles to a tank. But, then my driving style varies a little too from day to day.
