drag strip suspension set up help!!!!!!!!!

going to the drag strip tomorrow and need to know how to srt up my kyb agx adjustable shocks?

front- stiff or loose?
rear- stiff or loose?

I'd say rear stiff and fronts in the middle...

rears are gonna have to be stiff. keep the weight on the front end to make it harder to wheelhop and spin and also to give you best traction. dont know what to say about front though,...

One thing I have heard that helps is a trac bar. Jegs sells them for around 350

they hold down the front end of you car.
