Will nitrous be safe one a duratec auto 2.0? probaly a 50 shot wet

Yeah. A tune or a Lentech valve body probably wouldn't hurt, either. Just as a preventative measure for possible transmission problems down the road. Anything above 50 and I would go ahead and do that for sure.

nitrous is a good inexpensive way to boost, just be SUPER SUPER careful, it can be dangerous as well. Make sure you add some safety features in, and make sure its a wet kit! not dry!

He then will have to do the same upgrades to his transmission, probably more. Plus the cost of the turbo. Theres no point to going turbo for 40-50 hp, I guess I think theres no point.

Your engine will be fine with a 50 shot however I know very little about the focus auto tranny. Have fun
