About 6400, maybe 6600, I would go no more than 6800, give it a little room for safety, remember, nitrous makes LOTS of torque.

Sounds like an inexpensive way to get instant HP w/o losing gas mileage!! ( 110 mile comute)

Are there any how-to's as far as hooking up the tach drive to the rpm switch???
Like a wiring diagram or does it come with the rpm switch???

Ok i have a NOS wet kit with 15lb bottle, braided lines, throttle switch, remote bottle control, metering jets, fogger nozzle, fuel solenoid, purge solenoid, and 2 toggle switches. Do i need anything else to run this on my car? I plan to buy an rpm switch, and a fuel pressure safety switch for saftey, but what about tuning? Should i retard the timing or anything? I have a thread i just started so reply there or here, plz help!

First caller, the ford tach driver comes with good instructions for the rpm switch I have the part # for the driver in my sticky.

Second caller, with a 35 or 50 shot, no tuning is necessary, just run premium gas, above this HP level you neeed tuning

Yes, you can switch them from car to car , you just have to change the jets in the system when you do.
