at one end, the joint was fit around the intake pipe, and the other side was tapered to fit the zetec throttle body... I just cut to fit.

::new to this board::

i have had a focus spi for about 4 months (2003)

short ram intake
reverse glow gauges
custom exhaust
new light all over
coilovers (i have yet to put on b/c i cant figure out how to put them on the stock struts)

actually though, the adapter zim was talking about is really unnessicary. do like he did and cut it to fit, thats what i did.

2003 SPI LX Sedan with:

Sony CD Deck
2 MTX 6000 12" subs
1 MTX 8000 15" sub
1 MTX 4250D 250 watt mono sub amp
1 Legacy 1200 watt amp
1.5 farad capacitor
white face gauge kit
neons under seats, dash, in trunk
Window Vent Shades

and because I'm a Fireman:
Whelen Dual-head blue strobe (which blinds me more than it lets people know I'm coming)

Want to get, but can't find/ can't afford, or bought but haven't installed cause I'm deployed:
Header, 2.25 inch cat back, coilover suspension, Mille Miglia 17's, G-force tires, Front and rear antisway bars, Front and Rear Strut tower braces, Kaminari Body Kit

Things I will never get:
A wing

greenday, start with the intake, maybe some new sparkplugs and wires... I like the Bosch platnum 4's myself, and start looking into exaust systems ( I personally like the focus sport)
and whc, thats a good choice of not putting on the wing

I think that people who are listing stereo equipment as if that's considered modding your car is lame... and pipe extenders... well, they're just stupid looking... anyone can tell they're fake and they don't do anything but make you look like you're trying to be cool... in my opinion.

Can some of you guys that have done some "real" modding (not just stereo equipment) post some pics of your vehicle? That'd be tight thanx guys.
