Would you still have to heat wrap the PS line if you wrapped the header?

I wrapped the ps line, it makes it look cleaner. But you can also get the dei insulator tubing from murray/o'rielly. the interference is where that line drops down to the pump, its just a tight fit, I was able to encourage the line out of the way to shove the header in. The hardest part for me was swapping out dipsticks, as the old one would NOT come out, I broke it off and had to pry out the remainder.

The header makes the car a beast! Good luck with install.

I ran my ZX3 with the stock insulation around the PS line and the DEI wrap around the header. I had no issues for the 2+ years that I ran that. However, keeping the PS line as cool as possible is a good bet.

I'm not sure about a 'beast,' but is is good for a pretty solid hp increase.

Yes. As long as you have a Zetec and not a Duratec.

i know this is an old post but just wanted to know how many people are running the svt set up on a zetec with the ps line bent/ where would i bend it

I ran it that way for over a year, and, to my knowledge, the car is still running that way (I don't have the ZX3 anymore - sold it like ~4 years ago).

Wrap the header, bend the line and call it a day.

Just my $0.02.

like the only place the line is to close is on the left hand side where it sits so id bend that away from the header ?
