Jeremy sorry i don't remember the exact date, but the last email i got from you saying you were going to refund me, was on Oct 10th. I should have gotten on here alot earlier, i had totally forgotten about this forum.

i never had a problem. i broke a part that was goin to cost me friggin 80 bucks new at the dealership.. got a hold of focus salvage and bam!! 15 bucks! got my car up and running again . i recieved the part like 3 days after payment. payment was on a saturday and i recieved it on tuesday. thanks guys!

FocusSlavage works hard.... I needed an Instrument Cluster.... they went out, found one with the same mileage and sent it to me.... no Problems.... Thanks!

I don't understand why the originator of this post didn't try to resolve this privately before posting on a public forum.

I've seen other posts from disgruntled customers from other vendors where they document a history showing payment dates with dates and excerpts of email, illustrating bad business practices. You didn't even give this guy a fair amount of time to make this right.

To the poster with the fan problem; were you diligent in resolving this problem? Or did you just let it go until you saw a chance to fire another torpedo?

If someone wants a part in "perfect" condition I suggest that they buy new, and pay the premium that guarantees the condition of the part.
