Be sure to wash off snow in your wheels

I guess the snow that was dumped over the GTA really made quite a mess.

Today I found myself trying really hard to get out of piles of snow, I have kicked quite a fair amount of snow all around with my front wheels..

And while I was driving tonight, my steering was shaking like crazy on the hwy.. and I was only doing about 90-100km/h. It wasn't the rotor..
I have to stopped the car and checked my wheels.. and found that there were quite a bit of snow stucked inside the alloy wheel..

So I took it to the automatic car wash.. well.. it didn't do the job.. so I went to those coin wash.. and sprayed all those snow out of the wheel.. as well as the axle.. and well.. that did the job..

What a night!

This happens to me when I have to drive through fresh wet snow. The worst I've seen it on my car was after I had been playing in fresh snow doing major parking brake turns for 5-10 minutes. I thought I'ld start shaking body pieces off before I could get to a car wash. The front wheels were pretty clear, but the back wheels were packed.

Yeah I had that happen the other day. Thought the whole car was going to came apart at the seams. Luckily it was just in the rear wheels.

Wow, I'm glad I don't have to deal with snow.

I spray salt/snow off my car and wheels about every other day as long as it's above 20.
