I used the 2000 degree copper wrap, Going to redo the header, think I can do better so I got some more wrap.
Used 1" on the ORP, I like how it turned out. I left the bung mounts, plan to run the shield too.

It says use like 1/4'' overlap and i didnt even think about that. I just kinda did a little bit overlap how precise does it have to be?

Any word on the spacing on the wrap? How much overlap or does it make that much difference? Just some overlap?

1/4 inch overlap. if you use DEI wrap in the white color, you will see a red line that goes the length of the wrap on each side. this line represents the overlap that is recommended

I used Copper coated Thermo-Tec. I like it beter than DEI. Good to 2,000 degrees F. If you use water I would either use a spritzer bottle or dip in water for 1 sec.
