make sure you grind them all the way off.

because...if you try and hit them off without grinding them completely you will put a hole in the top of your header. i know i did.

what was the length you had to cut for the 4 - 2 then 1 i just dont wanna go wasting that stuff.. kinda spendy.

2002 SVTF + steeda sri, orp with eliminator (wrapped), (header wrapped), custom 3" exhaust, cfm pulleys, aem altnator pulley, CM stg 4 clutch with lightweight flywheel, cfm rear (race) mount, and 1 lead foot. now i just need 1 of those Tom's tunes.

probably a stupid question but would wrapping a ceramic coated header make anymore difference?

^^^ i would say no... Your coated header is doing is serving the purpose of the wrap... only better.

I had a 50foot roll. I think I used about 10foot per. I did mine different though. I started at the top of one and let it flow up the connecting pipe.

There's been debates as to which method works better. I'm not sure if wrap keeps heat in any more than a ceramic coated header. My header is ceramic coated and the difference in temps is amazing.

Even if wrapping a ceramic coated header decreased temps even more, I would never do that! The ceramic coated header looks way to good to cover it up!

I know right! Just want to use some wrap i have layin around from before getting da FR ceramic. I thought maybe even more insulation would help but I'm not sure its worth it or if it would even cure right on the ceramic. I've got my ORP wrapped should i do the flex pipe?
