what should i aim for for my 60' time?

Current mods: MM CAI, Crane Stage 2 Cams, Tint, Balance Shaft Removed, Borla 2.5" Exhaust, Draxas Header, Supertech 11.6:1 pistons, Supertech Valve springs and retainers
14.989 @ 92.96 MPH ~~*NEW*~~12/15/04 (before pistons and cams)

I'd say 2.2. I know they're not easy to launch.

can i expect that with stock tires?... or will dropping tire pressure help.

Yeah, I think you can get that with stock tires. At least 2.30. Not sure about tire pressure.
