Custom turbo build

Ive decided to build a custom turbo being i can get the parts locally(jamaica) for a fair price but i have some questions.

1. wats the best management to use(very important) the higest grade gas we have here is 90.
2. wat r the parts exactly i need ie: turbo, piping (various degrees bent), downpipe etc.
3. i only want about 210-225whp n about the same torque i would be very happy n no more than 10psi.
my mechanic is very helpful but he said management & tuning is the most important factor. would the xcal2 help?
thanks for all ur responses

Well I can say you are spot on about the tuning. 210-225whp should be easily attainable but with only 90octane gas you might be alittle limited. The xcalII won't do any actual tuning itself but you can have someone tune it for you, load it on the Xcal and then load it on your car. Just do some reasearch and look around the site. You'll find everything you need.
