rear camber bolt install Q's

OK, one more question about this install before I start. I just finished reading a thread over on FJ that said installing the rear bolts requires some cutting, dremeling, and possibly some welding. this true? anybody ever put these in themselves? is it hard? should i leave this to the alignment shop? or, for that matter, would the shop even be able to put the bolts in for me?
