MP3 player hookup to Audiophile system

Does the Audiophile system allow you to hook up an MP3 player such as an iPod or an H120 to the system? What connections are needed to make this happen?

sorry, i haven't been following those threads very much, i never had that radio, i had the 6 disc, i just knew it had been asked before so i just gave the links. so the conclusion is that it won't work? that sucks eh? well whatever you do, don't do fm trasmitted signals for the iPod, it would sound too horrible in my opinion.

I think he is suggesting that a search would have turned up the above threads with answers.

Searching before you start a new thread is just good discussion group etiquette.

i don't really mind, a forum is to help others right? it's hard to know what exact words to search for sometimes, especaily with the 3 letter word limit, caraudioforum is even worse, 4 letters needed if i remember correctly, the server is down so much that i don't really check there alot anymore.

I registered at caraudioforum and still can't post. No confirmation email after 4 days or so. I can edit my profile though!

I did actually search but couldn't tell if the head unit was a regular unit or part of the Audiophile package. I also saw the posts about the new head unit. I'd be interested in getting one, but I'm wondering how they will look in the dash and how they will fit. I want it to have a quality fit and finish and not seem like an aftermarket part. Can anyone recommend something? I would want it to seemlessly control the cd changer and have an input for an MP3 player. You can reply here but I'm going to make a new thread I think.
