What would be a ballpark estimate to have a shop install the Stage 1 cams?

I'm interested in the cams and possibly the springs and retainers while I'm at it. I just cant guarentee anything yet.

What kind of gains does the stage 1 show for the Duratec?

Around $200.00. But it depends on the shop. Best bet would be to call around to speed shops and check prices to be more exact

Stg 1 in a duratec is 10-15hp. Stg 2 cams are around 15-20hp.
