i could be wrong i wasn't really sure i just remember reading somewhere 03 was going to be the last year for the spi so i dunno hey either way it beats an accent

and the SL or SL1 saturn.....I have one and they are slow (although it is a 5 spd)......but heck I got for the gas miles, on the road I get 37 mpg

yeah, I was like wow, they are awesome on fuel, then I found out why...they are made of fiberglass !! typical GM, bet they're fun to work on too :-|

they are easy to work on, but sometimes getting the parts is a hassle, no gm dealer has them.

i have 55k and change on my 03 SPI.

the spi was available in 04. but i dont think there were as many made since the pzev was widely available. though i dont know the numbers....

I bought it with 19 miles in '03, and now I'm at just over 10200.
Only problem was my gauge cluster, which just got fixed under warranty after my warrenty expired. Thank you, Dick Parker Ford!

91500 on my 03 SPI and she's running strong especially w/ the new coils. Restore is the shiznit i recommend it to everyone to improve and increase engine life!
