You're never going to be able to match the HID with a halogen bulb...

If you want the fogs to really match the HID headlight you'll need a retrofit HID kit in whatever bulb size the SVT foglamp uses.

But the Hoen bulbs will still look yellow in comparison. You simply cannot match HID with a halogen bulb...it'll either have similar brightness with warmer light, or it'll be dim and look greenish/blue, similar to the ricers who run the "HID match" halogens...it'll actually look worse than a standard bulb.

The Hoen bulbs look fine by comparison and are money very well spent. I don't have access to my pictures but you would be trying pretty hard to tell the difference (in color) between the two lights if you were to see the photos.

If you get the Hoen bulbs I can assure you that you will be pleasnatly surprised by their color match with the stock HIDs

Hoen Xenonmatch, all the way. If you're looking from in the HID's light path, yeah they don't match cause the HIDs are so much brighter. But from most others' point of view (above the main light throw of the HIDs), the color is very close.

Never do this! HIDs should only be installed in appropriate projector housings, not halogen reflector housings. The glare from that kind of setup is very annoying to other drivers.

well if its in for your highbeams you wont be driving with people in view anyway so hid conv for highbeams should be fine but who want to spend 250.00+ so they can have hid highbeams that you only use every once and a while- i'll take that money and do another type of mod- plus i have hoen xenonmatch plus that are 80 watts instead of 65 watts and they are so bright that i couldnt see the point of doind hid conv

Yeah high beams would be fine, but I don't think would be worth the cost and probably aren't practical since HIDs have to warm up, and flashing the highs probably isn't good for the ballast.
