I know... I just wanted to work in the part about how I got to DRIVE THE POWEWORKS CARS...

Man, that is one seriously good marketing technique... Sure it costs a good chunk of change to get the test cars and install the kits (but hey, they have to test the systems anyway, and the constant thrashing just shows the durability/reliability) but I know I am now having dreams about making my car FI!

lol ya when I signed up for it on sat it was supposed to be after the auto-x but since that took so long they pushed it to sunday. I was pleasantly surprised when I walked over and the guy opened the passenger door and GOT IN... I was like...hmmm he wants ME in the DRIVERS SEAT? lol I thought it was a powerworks fun RIDE not hella fun drive!

Sighted and well talked to a guy with a sweet dark blue ZX3 , nice body kit, exhaust etc. But he has no computer, dang. But I told him if he ever does to just sign up. LOL I scared him, 'cause I honked and then he jumped, hehehehehee. My bad. But hey , I have to get their attention some way. I got the usual "For real, there are Focus sites and stuff?" I'm like yes, duh! So maybe one day he'll sign up.

wow...lol...actually the best one I ever got was when we were at jetfest. these stupid ass bunch of kids were walkin around outside our hotel and were like wow look at the foci. So I was like what are you dissin our cars? They were football type bodyes vs my skinny ass but I didn't care I was with 2 other guys against their 7 or 8 lol...and anyways I said that and the one kid was like what the hell are all of em here for? I said there was a focus meet. He said "What, you think I'm stupid enough to believe theres a focus meet goin on?" I said apparently so since you don't think I'm telling you the truth lol.

I would have hopped in and started it up and let him hear your foci rumble...tell him it has 350 hp at the wheels because it runs on 110 octane pixy dust!

People always look down on the foci because most people see them as the "generic" automobile that everyones grandmother has. TOO BAD! I love mine, so everyone else can go look at the mustangs in magazines!

I think of them as under achieving a$$ whipes. If you think that you can't take a regular car and mod it up to be fast, then you shouldn't be even working on cars in the first place. You don't need a factory ready ride to be fast and have a nice ride. Goes to show how narrow minded people are and they can't take chances, plus they love it easy, they hate hard work. And actually working on a car........................I like to see them as girlie men.

I think its great some cars that cost more money have great power stock, but that dosnt always mean they are the best cars on the planet (like some of their owners like to think) I do like power, but I honestly think Its better and more enjoyable for me to have a great handling car with less power, than to have a car with 250-300 hp that would probably get me into trouble :( I still would like to have a car such as an STI some day, because those are great cars for the money...UMM AWD goodness :)

There are two svtf's around town, one is driven by a girl going to NIU, and she can drive clutch, but she dosnt seem to be interested in her car that much. The other is a guy in his mid 50's and he dosnt haev anything done to his car and dosnt seem to be that interested (even has this big old dealership decal on the back :( )
