Cat-less in Tx??

I'm new to both Mods and Foci, does anyone now if a SPI exhaust system without a cat will still pass inspection in Tx??

I don't believe so. Sorry I couldn't give a definitive answer.

That's not bad, i was told the going rate is 100$.

I met someone last night that used to do inspections and said that if i get the o2 cheater that it'll pass because the comp. will say it's okay.

I don't even have the all the cash for mods yet so It's still a ways off.

I have a race header and not cat, and I got mine to pass. I didnt even have to pay extra. The guy didnt even drive it, he checked the headlightsm brights, made sure the wipers worked and my horn worked. pretty easy inspection.
