The first results for a Focus, for a 2005, will be posted next Wednesday.

Since I can no longer edit the OP, I'll also post the current counts here (data collection starts at 25):
2000: 20
2001: 22 (included, but still short three)
2002: 22 (ditto)
2003: 24 (included but short one)
2004: 6 (short year)
2005: 30 (initial results in early February)
2006: 20
2007: 23 (need just two more)
2008: 2

Most model years are just a few cars short of the minimum. I could have results for each of these model years in May or August if a few more people signed up and participated.

Most of these model years remain near the bare minimum sample size. So even a single additional participant can be very helpful.

I've got a '07 Focus and in terms of reliability its been ok, i'd give it a 7/10. I wont be buying another Ford though.

Let me say this, I have NEVER had to work on a ford that was broken down. Ever. I have worked on countless numbers of chevys, hondas, and yes, even toyotas becuase they were built baddly. We own 3 fords at our house, never ever had any problem with any of them. I dont understand what everyones problem is with ford products! I honestly think everyone puts hondas and toyotas up on this pedistal of glory and thinks they are untouchable, but if they just looked for themselves at the truth, they would change thier mind.

The May update includes an asterisked result for the 2005. With about 38 successful repair trips per 100 cars per year, it has a better than average repair rate.

I'd like to remove that asterisk and include additional model years in the next update, in August.

I think we'll have results for more model years in August, but it's going to be close. A few additional participants for each model year could make the difference between having a result, and not having one.
