Just FYI, those screws that are melted, are that way on all of the from the factory. I am not sure why, but any that I have installed, have had the same thing. My SVTF has them from the factory, and are that way also.

Wierd....the ones I have on my car came off a newly purchased focus and they are not like that. Must be the manufacture's preference. IDK though.....

They don't condensate from that hole?
And these will fit a 2000 zx3, do you know where to get the connectors and how much for them.
You realize I still don't know to much about these HID's. lol

The hole was fixed. So condensation should not be a problem.....

You can get the connectors from your local Ford Dealership, just ask for them. Tell them it is for the Ford Focus HIDs
