Nice! That W00P W00P sound is what you're about to hear. I love the sound of an intake

Was looking at the K+N today myself. Wondering if it would improve gas mileage, or if it would just cause me to be on the gas more and negate any mpg improvements.

I just installed it a few hours ago and it seems that the gas requires MUCH less effort to "go". It's also so much smoother cruising. Even though the est mpg meter is off, I'm pretty sure I'm getting better gas mileage. Pics up tomorrow!

Awesome man! I've been wanting to put an intake on my '06 SE for a while now but it's all just a matter of finding the right one. I've been looking into the K&N Typhoon but I can't seem to find one that'll fit my car. Can you post a link to the one you bought? Maybe I'll just get the same one.

How is your "get up and go" now? Have yopu floored it yet? Off the line? From a rolling 40ish?

If you think your car works good now, just wait until you put on a race exhaust and performance header!

And then after all that you won't be able to keep your foot out of the motor or at least I can't with mine .

same intake i installed on my 10. Would have probably done the fswerks if I had known about them at the time. I like my k&n but it made my car run like crap until I got my tune.

Pretty cool! Interesting to hear how you've only added a CAI and are noticing this huge difference. Gives me hope for when I add my stuff. I've got a few things planned, and I'll get them done relatively all at once, so hopefully I'll notice a MASSIVE difference over stock.

You getting a Tom Tune?
