i am looking at a set of 16" wheels from a 2010 focus to replace the bent 16" wheels on my 2002 focus zts.

For future reference, pretty much any oem focus wheel will fit from '00-'11. They are all 4x108 with an offset between 40-50. The only real issue is with the SVT's having larger brakes, most 14-15" (some 16's as well) wheels will not clear their front brakes.

i assume that there wont be any issues just placing new valve stems in the wheel, and not having a tpms sensor, since my car doesn't have that feature anyways.

Yes, there will be no issues using regular valve stems and no TPMS.
