I have seen a few of these and never seen a problem. if you have a 2.3 get a fsw or cosworth header with the bigger primaries

It's been a little over the week and no leaks, etc. The clearance above the alternator is tight, but it clears and it the cover hasn't melted from the heat. Plus, I have sat in traffic coming home from work a few times. Just got my updated tune from Tom, once I finish my tuning I'll let you guys know how it feels.

Sorry about the quality, my sister still has my Flip cam so I had to use my old skool digital camera. I did this during a back-orbit while I was at work so I didn't have much time. I'll make a better one later. This will give you an idea of how it sounds though.

Sounds way better in person! That just doesn't do it justice!

Great job, and the write up is easy to follow, rep point for you
OK here goes.
The really dumb ??
Why is a new header better , different, than the stock,
As you can see I do not now much about engines,
But love jumping into the work and learning..

Please be easy on me...

Any way to install a mod like this in an '03 with no CEL? I have a Magnaflow 2.25" cat-back now, but the stock manifold restricts airflow and I would like to free that up.. I have the PZEV motor :/

This is awesome! Great job on the work and laying out instructions! Would really be interested in installing some new headers, but don't wanna mess with my 7 year warranty. It will happen some day...
