Boosting in the rain makes me wish I had my LSD installed, or at least a better set of tires.

Boosting in the rain drenched my prefilter and air filter and caused me some serious butt puckering on the way home today.

The last thing I need is a second blown motor...

I didn't check my filter, but the only trouble I had was wheel spin. Last time the filter seemed to stay fairly dry.

Do you still have the splash guard in place? Leesburg is bad enough with the traffic, I'm glad I don't have to deal with what you do.

Splash guard doesn't help when the entire front grille is open to let water in.

Maybe you can rig up some kind of deflector. I guess I'll have to keep a closer eye on mine in the wet.

Well before the intercooler, there were small shrouds on either side of the opening to direct airflow into the radiator. With the intercooler sitting in front now, those shrouds are gone (and that's partly the reason I got the pre-filter to help with the water). I'll have to play around with fabbing something up the next time the car's in the air.

This evening and tomorrow are all paint. Touching up the hood with some clear and the winter wheels with some fresh color.

sounds good. I'm trying to get the data-logging going again so I can finish my tuning and install my intake.
