replaced window regulator now car wont start

As funny as it seems, my car wont start after i replaced the drivers side window regulator. Do you guys know of some protection the car alarm might be enforcing?, I do have spark at the coil, and also gasoline, and the car does crank, but it will just not start.

Before this happened the car ran fine, in fact i drove 3 and a half hours on the hwy to my relatives, parked the car where i could replace the window regulator and when i was done the car wouldnt start.

I was reading maybe i damaged some wire and blew a fuse that may have to do with the car alarm but all the electronics of the door work anyone has an idea?

Im not sure what the problem was, i tried to start it later that day and it did start but VERY rough, i had to give it gas while the starter was still working, i left it like 10 minutes at idle and then took a ride, the next day i drove 3hrs on the highway again, and has not failed to start again it has been on the highway for 3 hrs each way for 2 more times and still doesnt fail
