2002 ZX5 Hatch Tail light Wiring

so i'm attempting to make my own t connector for my zx5 so i went to pick a part and cut this out of a old hatch

now after research i found this to tell what the wires do

now this helps because it means

blue to left turn yellow on the trailer harness
blue/red to green on trailer harness

green/black being reverse but there's still a few wires i cant find anywhere what they do

we got

orange and orange/white which i presume are the running lights, and i'd just splice the brown on the trailer harness into one of them for the running lights

but that still leaves the two smaller wires
blue/orange
blue/black

what do these wires do? is there a particular orange one i should splice the brown trailer light into?

thanks in advance!

Are you wiring for a trailer ? If so, maybe this will help. It's from a 2003 wagon but colors should be the same.

Was looking through some post saw this one, I did some work on my van a few days ago with the trailer harness. After doing some research on it I found a few diagrams that will help and are very informative. I'll try and add them here.

Simple laid out well

I cant seem to get back to the other, its a good one also from E-trailer.com
