Hey guys today I discovered after my 700 mile trip to Missouri that my diverters valve isn't opening under vacuum I took the line off and theres no holes, I hooked a piece of line up to the actuator and it pulls air though as if I never plugged it up to the actuator my question is where do I get a new one:/
Moss motors has them, (Its the same bypass that is used on the JRSC Miata kits) here is the email response I got on the bypass valve:
"Dear Bill,
Thanks for your inquiry, We do have part 999-050 $89.95. + shipping. I hope this helps."
Hey quick question where do you run the hose from that valve to. I just got a focus svt with the JRSC and I want to make sure I am running the vacuum lines right.
It just goes to one of the vacuum ports on the manifold. I believe there are two ports on the backside (firewall) of the plenum, use one of those. Also, here is a link to a PDF of the installation instructions. Might be a good idea to download that to have for future reference. https://www.google.com/url?sa=t&rct...Oft_aJ4b6x-LlLt8Q&sig2=oryHSdTBevsKkj4DwWW_rg
Ok sorry to drag this out but does that hoes go from the valve to the top of supercharger for vacuum or on the backside for boost. If I'm understanding it right it should go to the boost side.
