http://www.soundsplinter.com Soundsplinter came up in a few "SQ Subs" postings over at ECA, so I checked it out. They have been very helpful in emails and said their RL-i10 sub is better known for it's tightness, clean and accurate for SQ and smoothness to blend with the midbass.

Scott, thanks again for all your help. It's been 12 years since my last big car audio system. I like to step out of the box and try new ideas when possible, so I appreciate your answers. The extra information gives more options to work with, even if it winds up being the norm when it's all said and done.

Robert

wow, those subs look EXACTLY like elemental's subs last year. the cone weave material/pattern looks a little differnt but the basket is the same exactly shape as well as the flat cone and gasket. the magnet is slightly different though. but wow, looks very similiar. they look pretty good also.

They have a partnership with TC Sounds, who makes a lot of subs for other brand names. I think someone on ECA said the same re: eD subs.
