Euro inspired suspension vs sport suspension

as you may know, the 09-10 SE coupes come w/ 'european inspired suspension. and the 09-10 SES coupes (maybe 10-11 SES sedans too?) came with the sport suspension. my question is whats the difference between these two suspensions and improvements do they offer over a standard Focus suspension (08 coupe, 08-11 SE sedan, etc.) ? just a question i've always wondered...

EDIT: i know this may get moved to the wheels, tires, etc. sub-forum but i posted it here since this is two OEM suspensions i'm questioning and thought i'd get better answers in the 2nd gen sub-forum.

probably nothing since this car wasn't started in america. it's just another marketing thing so people can buy, because you know, Europeans make some quality cars.

I know you get the added sway bars, wheels, different body panels which made it "sporty" but that's it.
