Actually my first guess from bumping the size up that much was that the trans. might have been the signal for the "limp" mode.
1 size larger tires, and 1"" larger wheels.... Kinda like putting "mudders" on a Jeep.. would make it work a bit harder, depending on driving conditions might have heated it enough to start "limping" |

yeah that's what i was thinking as well but they put the stock tire size in the computer and asked what i put on and said that there was only 1.5" difference and wouldn't cause a problem as the car came with 205/50r16 tires and alloys as an option so that would not cause a lack of power.
After i got home from the dealer i looked at the tires and noticed that one looked practically brand new and the others had a little wear on then so the 1/4" thing made perfect sense to me |
