Another spark plug?

Ok here goes I have taken my plugs out regaped them to 60 , seems to have go throttle resp above 2 g not as snappy at as before at 50 gap . So should I split the diff set them at may be 55 . Also what why should they be index front to exh or rear to intake. I'm thinking of changing them to motorcraft copper , right now they r ngk plat .

When using platinums use stick gap.

When using autolite a103 or a104 copper core go .060"

I recommend a103 as long as it is not to hot where you are
