With my job, I've seen some tired and abused cars bought by my shop.

Rentals I've always feared buying, but one thing I know, a manual car 9 times out of 10 will probably not be an ex-rental car. Even leases, I've seen people just run their cars into the ground and not care.

Hey Guys new to the forum

I'm currently looking at a 06 ZX5 5 speed. Its got all hwy miles It still got pretty good get up and go. I've been researching on this site and ive found nothing but positives about this Model of Focus. (any last warning b4 i buy it?)

I intend to get into winter ice racing as my buddy is big into rally cross and i co pilot for him (thou im mostly legal weight lol) Its a tonne of fun and there are lots of casual racers.

Im as amateur as it comes to cars, Im not dumb i do all my basic maintenance but no major repairs.

Hope to become more of a contributor down the road, any advice now would be appreciated. Thanks
