header question

Header works pretty good for most. If no egr bung then you will get a cel. You can have a shop weld in an egr bung though for pretty cheap. Otherwise you would need a tune to turn off/bypass the egr so as to not get a cel. The svt header does flow better overall and the material used is better than the obx but you may not notice the diff. That shorty header pictured doesn't do much.

how loud is loud?..what i mean is, i have an 89 5.0 mustang with longtubes, offroad h-pipe, flowmaster single chambers dumped...sounds great not loud to me unless u really get on it. so that being said how loud would a longtube header on the focus be? and having an atx matter in fitment?

No, it doesn't matter if you have an automatic. If you run a straight long tube header without a cat it is going to be loud as Hell. More obnoxious than anyone would probably want to have it. And cruising at highway speeds will make your ears bleed because of how loud it drones on.

/\/\This. I have an 18 inch Magnaflow resonator in place of the rear cat and a Borla muffler on the rear. I only really hear my car while either gassing it or going through the gears. Even then it's not that loud to me. Much quieter than the long tubes and Magnaflows I had on my Mustang
