vibration at all engine speeds

So its more dominant in the morning when its colder. Later in the evening its no where near as bad. Its a consistent vibration that is dependent on gas. more i give it more it vibrates. my brother thinks its engine mounts but that doesn't seem right to me since if im idling and rev motor it dloesn't change. I was wondering could it be the exhaust. I have only had the car a few days so haven't had a chance to get under it. It does have a aftermarket replacement exhaust (still quiet) but it kinda feels like my old jetta when I ran the exhaust hanging on the crossbrace..
