Misfire and water in exhaust

Hi everyone. First post so please be patient.

I recently bought a 2003 Focus Ink (1.6) and started to notice a problem.

I get a slight judder under acceleration and there's water vapour from the exhaust. Checked the oil and there's currently no milkiness and the coolant level appears to be remaining constant.

It's done 125k miles and I have service history up to 90k.

Any tips or thoughts?

Well the water/vapor from the exhaust is normal. That's mostly just condensation, all gas cars will do that. Thats good that your coolant is staying the same level, that would cause some white smoke and a smell from the exhaust if that was leaking in.

Explain the judder some more; is it always there or does it go away after warm?

I generally comes and goes but mainly when cold, well I haven't noticed it much when warm.
