I have 02 focus all new brake front an back drums on rear e brake does not hold calbes in good cond . I have tryed what hayes book said ,try pullin the ebrake up an down as I back slowly don't help . Any help is welcome [8D][ffrocks]
Adjusting the e-brake is easy. I have had to do this myself a couple of times. Here is a good How-To on the subject >>Click here<< Good luck! Also I am moving this to "General Technical Chat".
You only need to remove one part. The e-brake leather cover from the front side of the car first. Pop up and off the leather cover and remove. You can easily access the nut to adjust. Re-install the e-brake leather cover. For arm rest equipped and non arm rest equipped ford focus.
