Antifreeze in Cylinder head
I have noticed that I have coolant in the #1 spark plug hole. (under the plug) Is this a result of a leaking head gasket or cracked block?

Check your oil dipstick and under the oil filler cap. Is there anything milky looking?

The cars antifreeze overflow goes up and down while the car is running. you can actually watch the anitfreeze do in to the engine then back into the overflow. It was -30 yesterday and the temp gauge went into the red over heat zone so I shut it off. Then the anti freeze overflowed into the container. There was no way the engine would overheat due to the cold, but obviously because the antifreeze is not going into the engine. I am so freakin confused!!!
Any insight would be great.

It sounds to me like your block/head may of froze , this could of cracked the head , look close and see if you see any cracks around the plugs where you found antifreeze
What an engine freezes and you start it the water in the engine heats up but cannot circulate so it over heats even at -30 Did you check your coolant with a gauge to see how low of a temp it was safe to ? Tom
