Hey, you can put your dog up there if you have one so it does'nt stink up your car, you can also stick your kid up there too if he/she is acting up! I'm not sure what your laws are like in Canada tho... lol
After I posted the pet cage mounted on the roof. I can see me been stopped by cops or old ladies if they believed I was carrying pets. These days dogs and cats have same rights in the Toronto area as humans. At this point it is the best Idea. The 2nd runner-up idea is a plastic tube with a screw-on and off cover at 0ne end and use a coat hanger to fish out the rags.

Yea, you always have the crazys that think you are actually carrying an animal in it lol. I am somewhat familiar with Canadas laws, I have family in Richmond BC. I drive up there to visit regularly, and I buy like 3 boxes of Big Turk candy bars! Animal rights laws are crazy now everywhere, they have more rights than we do lol! I treat my dogs like children tho, haha.

generally you can carry up to 20l without running into issues with TDG

OP
careful with the plastic tube idea , you could easily build yourself a cannon
Get the right mixture and static , she is pointed right at your head
Google "potato gun" is basically what your building

Have you ever considered using paper towels
A lot easier to dispose of in the customers garbage can
Napa should have availability of a wide selection of Kimberley Clark and Torx brand towels

Kimberley Clark #01010 is similar to the towel you sometimes see on gas bar islands
Its not a really heavy paper towel but wont break the bank either
