just came inside from cleaning my windshield from in the car and looked at my dome lights. i fantasized about what if they were a much whiter color. it'd be a much cleaner look IMO. so i think id like to replace the OEM dome light bulbs with an LED or something... just something thats pure white. but of course i do have questions. will i have to worry about anything malfunctioning in the future? would such a bulb be easily obtainable from a local auto store? and of course can someone point me to a bulb that best fits what i want? =) i dont really care about how bright it'd be i just want the pure white.
i have the 6k version of these. i believe 5k will be as white as your gonna get maybe someone else will chime in on their purchase. i have had mine in since march and zero problems to complain about! http://www.v-leds.com/5K-WHITE-3-CHIP-5-LED-p9722412-1-2.html
just like that!!! got damn you're making me want to change my Mustang knob for the appearance package aluminum knob!!! link to the exact bulb you have? and would it be the same bulb for the rear dome light?
