If your car is in alignment now then with the SVT springs it shouldn't be too far off at all if any. You may not notice any difference but I would still have the alignment checked.
It depends how much you drive your car. If you drive alot, you will do more damage to your tires. I've had friends trash their tires doing stuff like this. If you can, I'd recommend getting it in that day or the next. Otherwise, try and park the car until it gets done. Once you start to wear the tires incorrectly, everything changes...they will never wear evenly again. Something goes for a balance job.
I waited a couple days to get the alignment to get my Eibach springs to settle a bit, the alignment was definitely out and the springs have settled even more now. Probably going to get the alignment checked in a bit again (couple months after install now)....
