The block heater plugs into a 110v outlet. The plug is under the hood by the front grill on the drivers side. The heating element part looks like it fits into an engine core plug that is on the back passenger side of the engine. Looks like a real pain if you want to add one, its near the alternator..

Wires for seat heater are there just need the switch`s and a console that has the switch hole`s the wire`s under the seat`s are there but you need the focus heater pads or make your own conections under the seat I think I have an extra console that has the switch hole`s let me look in the shed and I will get back to you with a PM
