I have a kenwood EXCELON XR900-5, Rockford Fosgate Punch drivers; 6.5s for the front and 5x7 for the rear, right now i still have my p2 hooked up but I actually have a p3 sitting in the box. which what I have planned for the rear is another project, right now just a cheap slot port i built and never actually finished.

She's been down since december =/. I keep getting caught up with other things. I was hoping it wouldn't take this long but it seems I'm almost smooth sailing. i'll take some better pictures I guess after I'm on the road. Pretty much any replaceable part has been replaced shy of cracking open the bottom end, Still under budget though.
also: upon further inspection the old reservoir tank seemed to hold enough pressure to to stretch or balloon the underside of the plastic tank. I'm not sure if some kind of coolant pressure cap was the cause of headgasket giving way or a secondary effect of too hot, but that got replaced.

proof of timing ={P

I like "Proof of Timing".

So much nicer than coolant on pistons...

Nice to see it's about ready for the road.

so any tips on filling the coolant system back up. Obviously there is the standard flush but that doesn't really cover getting coolant through the head. Is it really just as simple as filling through the heater hose (thermostat) side? I've got a few more parts to put on so I'm not ready, just trying to figure out the best way to go about this.
