Technically they can be married to a different vehicle. Aric did this for me as a courtesy when my first focus died one me and was replaced by another focus. Its a lengthy process for him which is why they probably dont advertise that way and also I understand they make no money that way.

IMO if they did a fee to have the device reset and then personalized to another persons car it could still benefit them. I'd gladly sell my tuner so that someone else can have the benefits of it.

The units are vin locked to the vehicles once programmed. Yes... this was a one time deal that happened some time ago and can no longer be done. This is plainly stated in the Disclaimer before purchasing the product. Hopefully I cleared up any misunderstanding.

If you have any questions or concerns you can email info@injectedengineering.com or my direct email acarrion@injectedengineering.com

I wasnt sayin that to call you out Aric or the company. I understand mine was done as a favor and I appreciate the customers service. I'm just saying if you guys ever change the tuners around one that can be remarried could benefit you guys.

Nope, Cobb only makes tuners for factory turbo cars.

Can I chuckle a little?

That's like asking Ford if it's better to go with a Chevy.

So if I tune using their tuner vs the sct tune can I return to stick for warranty purposes if need be?
