Pre-cat sensor on svt

smog check shows p1131, smog tech says change s1b1 sensor.
a. anyone has the oem or replacement part #?
b. cann't get any open wrench to fit the hex part of the sensor. what size do I need? any special tool? or do I have to remove the cat to change the sensor?

appreciate any response or comment.

should be able to get it off without removing the cat. you dont need an oem sensor, a quality brand will do fine.you'll probably have to call a ford dealership to get the oem # or someone else will charm in
