I wish I had in-car cameras!

This may end up being a bit long but I had to post it on here.
It was such a nice day this Monday (50+ degrees and sunny, compared to tens and teens at most) So I went for a few hour drive around the rich areas of the state. At one point a Redline Ion started following me. Didn't think much of it at first, younger guy driving it, I was just cruising, not looking to start anything, although with the Race exhaust people just try you all the time. So eventually we were at a red light, and at this point he was directly behind me and it was about quarter to six, right in the middle of rush hour, so three lanes wide full of cars. All of the sudden he redlines his engine, which made me laugh so hard because his car was completely stock. No intake, no exhaust, just the buzzy whine of a stock four cylinder redlining. So of course I had to answer back, which may have interrupted any phone calls within half a mile. Now I wasn't going to race this guy, for one he was right behind me, and two I'm not stupid. But I will see how fast I can get to the speed limit (A whole 30) So when the light turned green I hit 30, looked behind me, and saw him, stalled out right where he was. Now for whatever reason at this point instead of turning his car back on he sat there and turned on his hazards, completely holding up the cars behind him. The next light was red so I stopped and watched. He sat through the green light, everyone honking at him, his hazards still on, car still off. Then when the light was red and the other two lanes were full again, he apparently remembered how to turn on his car again, and decided to further my death by laughter by, instead of waiting for the green light, going left from the second of three straight lanes and cutting off the people going across who had a green light. I almost turned around just to find him and ask what the heck was with that show. If any of you have had an experience like this I would love to hear it! And thanks to anyone that actually reads this
