Front end vibration

On acceleration only, there is a front end shake. Feels like a loose wheels or an unbalanced wheel. This is only happening during acceleration. Coasting there is no shake. I just replaced the CV boot/shaft. It is all seated and mounted as the old one came out.
This car is my first work on a front wheel drive and it is my wife's car.
Any help is appreciated.

When you say shake does the car its self shake or does the steering wheel shake or both?

Took the car in to Firestone. The brand new shaft is warped and that's what is causing the vibration. Back to the garage for me. Thank goodness for warranties.
