Recent Trip Pics

Just got back from this trip:
http://www.focusfanatics.com/forum/s...threadid=92936

Fun time down in Wyoming!
We also met up with RS-Wagon and family in Laramie.
They took the time to show us some sites, and were very gracious hosts.

Here's right at the start of our trip, a little ways east of Livingston, MT on I-90.
Yep...hit the 40,000 mile mark.

We picked up a passenger just outside Sheridan, WY sometime right after sunset.
Didn't find it till sometime the next day. LOL!!
I was wondering why people were doing a double take when they looked at the front of the car.
Heck, I thought they were just admiring all the bugs that had taken up residence.
My wife said, "Don't you remember when something ran in front of the car, and didn't come out the other side?"
Well, I guess we now know what it was.

Poor little guy, hung in there for quite a while!
My first official "road kill".

Running along Hwy487 between Casper and Laramie....7,000'+ in elevation the whole trip.
You think your A/C kills the performance at sea level...try it up here!

And, my faithful co-pilot.
Hard at work doing homework...or playing solitaire...couldn't quite see the screen. LOL!

Ah, finally....
The Days Inn in Laramie.
Time to relax for a couple days and see the events in Cheyenne that we came down for.

And...on the way home through Grand Teton (then Yellowstone) National Parks.
This is just north of Jackson Hole, WY.
Beautiful day!

And back at home safe and sound...NOT!
Sustained a bit of an injury somewhere between Laramie and Cheyenne.
It actually still worked as the bulb was intact, and the reflector wasn't damaged.
New one on the way...should be here by the end of the week.
