Northcoast no more

I will never do anymore business with Northcoast ever again!! Horrible service!! I bought a STS from them last Friday, and still havent recieved any e-mails about total costs, tracking number, or even if it's been shipped! Tried e-mailing them several times, calling them and got no where. It's like no one picks up the phone or replies to e-mails! How can these people do business like this. They lost a customer today. I will never reccomend this company to anyone ever again!! Very unhappy!!!!

Dude just call them, I whent through the same thing.

Just cool down and call them, They dont confirm orders on the weekend and you might have ordered past closing time on Friday. Just call and they will be glad to give you a tracking number, and I am willing to bet its no more than 150. and some change.

Also look in the duratec forum for my basic review of the shifter.

Funny, I've never had a problem and I've ordered from them numerous times.

When I ordered our STS from them, it was out-of-stock so it took a while to get here. Try sending Todd a PM on here. He usually checks this site every once and while.

I ordered the STS from them as well, I called and talked to Todd. He told me it would be shipped out on 2-28-06. I'll call them tomorrow and get a tracking number. You should do the same as well.

Well, I called and talked to Todd, again. He said it will be shipped oput today, that they had to order it b-cuz they were out of stock, but that's the same thing he told me on 2-28-06. But he did tell me they would send a tracking number to my e-mail, so I'll wait on that i guess. I asked if it will work on the '06 w/o reverse lockout and he told me it would.

This person must not understand how business/shipping companies work. He order friday(2/24) after we were closed. Which means that we probaly would not email him a total of his order until monday or tuesday mourning following the weekend .You e-mailed Monday(2/28 @ 7:04pm) saying that you have not recieved your total or tracking number yet. We replied Monday(2/28@7:14pm) telling you that we have been busy and must have forgotten to email you a total and sent you the total of 149.95 in that email. The next email that you sent was Thursday (3/2@2:21) complaining that you have not recieved a tracking # , we responded Friday(3/3 @9:57am) with a tracking number and telling you that it would be del. 3/6(today). We have every email if you wish to see them. Basically you had your order within 5 business days(SATURDAYS AND SUNDAYS do not count as business days). Please do not lie and say that we did not answer your emails.

IF you are not happy with your experience please send the part back and we will refund your money.

Most people seem to understand but during the school year(college) there is only 1 person that works here full time which is me(Todd) and the other kid comes in Tuesday afternoon and Thursdays. I still manage to ship 90+ packages every day. We are busy...

But hey I guess you can not please everyone. There have been enough others on this site who will tell you how we do business

BUT since he got his part he is VERY satisfied (Such as I was/am) I think he just jumped the gun.
